Terms of service

These terms govern the sale of works through 1054art.com, operated by 1054art, Córdoba, Spain. Contact: 1054lenticularart@gmail.com.

The work. Each piece is an original lenticular print, A4, framed by hand. Because the image is printed on a real lenticular lens, what you see changes with the viewing angle. Screens cannot reproduce that, so the photographs on this site are an approximation; small variations in tone and in the wood of the frame are part of a handmade object, not defects.

Orders and prices. Prices are shown in the currency of your region and are final: nothing is added at checkout beyond the shipping cost stated on the shipping page. A contract exists once we send you the order confirmation email. If a piece is unavailable or a price is listed in obvious error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full; we will tell you why.

Payment. Payments are handled by Shopify Payments and the other providers shown at checkout. We never see or store your card details.

Delivery and returns. See the shipping policy and the refund policy. Both form part of these terms.

Intellectual property. The artwork, the photographs, the text and the name 1054art belong to us. Buying a piece gives you the piece; it does not give you the right to reproduce, print or sell the image.

Liability. We are responsible for the piece arriving as described and in good condition. We are not liable for delays caused by the carrier, by customs, or by an incorrect address given at checkout.

Law and disputes. Spanish law applies, and nothing here removes the consumer rights you hold in your own country of residence in the EU.
