Shipping policy
Every piece is made, framed and sent from Spain. Your order leaves within two working days of the payment clearing, and every shipment is tracked — you receive the tracking number by email as soon as it ships.
Shipping is free, included in the price, to Spain, all EU countries, the United Kingdom, Switzerland and Norway.
To the United States, Canada, Mexico and Chile shipping is €9.99. To Australia and New Zealand it is €13.99. The exact amount is shown at checkout, before you pay, along with the delivery estimate for your address.
Typical delivery is 2–5 working days in Spain, 4–8 in the rest of Europe, and 7–15 outside Europe. These are the carrier's estimates, not guarantees.
Orders shipped outside the European Union may be charged import duties or local taxes on arrival. Those are set by your own country and are payable by the recipient; we have no way to collect or refund them.
